In Palm Beach County there are over 250,000 individuals (adults and children) who are uninsured. Through the Alliance’s Common Eligibility program, the Alliance and its participating partners are making significant progress in enrolling individuals and families into health care programs and obtaining the necessary healthcare services.
ALL-Care is a shared electronic health information system on which the foundation of a virtual healthcare delivery system is being built in Palm Beach County.
MedData Services Prescription Assistance Program is a web-based program that provides health care entities and their qualified (low income and uninsured) patients the information needed to apply for free medications.
Project Access is a coordinated system of volunteer physician care, hospital care, diagnostic services, and medication assistance for the low-income uninsured of Palm Beach County.
The Glades Initiative, Inc. is currently implementing a Language Access Program to develop a system to facilitate linguistic and cultural access to the health and human service system in Palm Beach County for limited English proficient and deaf/hard-of-hearing populations.
