Palm Beach County Community Health Alliance is an alliance of health and human service providers and funders who have agreed to work together to advance the delivery of healthcare services to the underserved and underinsured individual of Palm Beach Community.

Palm Beach County Community Health Alliance is an independent, non-profit entity who is facilitating an integrated health care system, coordinating care between community health centers, free clinics, the health department, hospitals, independent providers, and other community services.

Palm Beach County Community Health Alliance does not wish to duplicate the efforts of any existing organizations; rather it wishes to serve as a mechanism to create and expand the capacity in the County's health care delivery system.
